These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by SSG LLC (“SSG,” “we,” “us”). “AEQUILIBRA” is a service name used by SSG LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:

Web, branding, and marketing outcomes vary by market conditions, timing, customer behavior, and execution. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, conversions, or specific business outcomes. Construction and project outcomes also depend on site conditions, materials, inspections, permitting, and third-party performance.

Submitting an inquiry or communicating through the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement executed by all parties (and, where applicable, separate project documentation such as scope, change orders, and payment terms).

Any construction-related scope (if offered) is governed by a written agreement and may involve properly licensed third parties. Unless SSG LLC is duly licensed for the applicable scope and the parties execute a separate written contractor agreement, SSG/AEQUILIBRA does not act as a licensed general contractor. Where third parties are involved, their work is governed by their separate agreements with the client.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content (including text, layouts, visual systems, and code structure) are owned by SSG LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display) requires our prior written consent.

If you submit information via Site forms or email, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information unless we have explicitly requested it under a written agreement. You grant us the right to use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site, users, or our rights.
